How are your candles made?
Our candles are made in Los Angeles, CA with an exclusive blend of coconut & soy wax with cotton wicks for a clean burn.
Will you be coming out with more name options?
Yes, we plan on introducing more names. If you would like to request one in particular, please contact us at email@example.com and let us know your thoughts.
How come you don't use Korean scents?
Our scents are meant to be beautiful and to embody the idea behind the candle without any limits. We would love to incorporate more Korean centric scents in the future and expand our scent options.
Where can I buy your product in person?
Currently we are only available online and for pick up in Los Angeles / Orange County. If you would like to place a pick up order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you collaborate with influencers and content creators?
Yes we would love to collaborate with you as long as it makes sense and feels organic for both parties. For example it wouldn't make sense to partner if your social channels aren't about Korean / Asian culture, candles, home decor, art, etc.
My order arrived damaged - what do I do?
We pack all of our orders with love and care. However, sometimes things happen in transit that are out of our control including weather related issues. If you received something that was damaged in transit, please email email@example.com with your order number and a picture of the damaged item - we will send out a replacement ASAP.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we do not ship internationally because we use natural waxes that may become unstable in certain weather conditions and transit temperatures.
When will my order ship?
If you select flat rate USPS, your order will typically ship within 2-3 business days. During summers, we will require priority shipping and all items will ship on Mondays as long as you order by the Saturday before. We do this to ensure your candles will not melt or get stuck in transit.
